How Can I Help You?
After graduating from high school, I established a tutoring center in Malaysia for English, Mathematics, and Science, and it expanded quickly within a year.
With eight years of teaching experience, including four years in Taiwan, I see the importance of building a solid foundation to cope with different occassions. Grammar is the key to learning languages. It is crucial in speaking and writing.
About me
I have a diverse background in science, business, and humanities,and I strive to excellence. My interest is to travel and make friends from different cultures.
I enjoy delving into the details of various fields, such as regulations and manufacturing processes. Saving money is also a goal of mine. For einstance, I bought a luxury car in a low cosr, self-taught and built a Tesla-liked battery to fit an electric bike, and planned budget-friendly trips. In short, thinking is important in my life, looking for to improve and innovate.
In sports, I have been a sprinter, long-distance runner, swimmer, badminton player, shot putter, and taekwondo athlete. I was the go-to substitute whenever the team needs a supporter.
In music, I was a pianist with high honors in the UK’s Royal Grade 8 exams, equivalent to student in music major. I’ve performed in public venues and was the best accompanist at school. I’m also passionate about vocal music and won awards in southern Malaysia. During my time at National Taiwan University, I served as the section leader for the tenor section in the choir.
I’m also interested in web and video editing. In 2021, I formed a cross-national team to create a web development team which is still expanding. I won first place in university video editing and received the best award. Currently, I’m a student in the Nas Community, planning to maximize the effectiveness of social media through digital strategies.
English is my native language. During the pandemic in Taiwan, I helped with translations and video editing for government officials between India and Taiwan, building resource connections in between. I also participated as the only foreign representative in meetings for foreigners in Taiwan, reforming labor law, analyzing global trends and offering insights. I’ve been a speaker for foreign entrepreneurs at Yilan Science Park, explaining the procedures and experiences of starting a business in Taiwan. Regarding languages-related experiences, I’ve helped friends improve their IELTS scores. I’ve also supported translations for education, engineering, and medical-related papers.
My other interests include industrial process automation and PMP project management. I’m also studying German and Japanese. Having lived with Japanese people as a child, I have a good sense of Japanese grammar.
